Groton City

Sara Leslie Lund, 26, of 27 Godfrey St. was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, failure to have proof of valid insurance and using a cellphone while driving.

Groton Town

Michael Walders, 32, of Plainfield was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.

Kayla L. Mailman, 24, of 125 Asylum St., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Michale A. Wisniewski, 21, of 21 Russell St., Mystic, was charged Tuesday with misuse of the emergency call system and making a false report.

Kathleen M. Fritscher, 23, of 28 Highland Ave., Ledyard, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, failure to have proof of valid insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

David E. Brown, 46, of 12 Sachem Road, Noank, was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a minor and breach of peace.

New London

John Joseph, 29, of Queens Village, N.Y., was charged Thursday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Norwich

Jason Bort, 31, of Bozrah was charged Wednesday with third-degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny.

University of Connecticut Police - Avery Point

Michael Flagge, 47, of North Haven was charged Wednesday with criminal violation of a restraining order.
