Groton Town

Kevin J. Lauray, 48, of 12 Denver Court was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

Caytie Heichlinger, 24, of 381 Burningtree Drive was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Amanda Burgess, 22, of 110 High St., Baltic, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Montville

George Sanborn, 42, of 1746 Route 85 was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and unlawful restraint.

New London

Auguste Anderson, 25, of the Naval Submarine Base, Route 12, Groton, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

John Welch, 49, of 19 Jay St. was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, unsafe start of a vehicle, failure to drive right and driving without insurance.

Christopher Vargas, 20, of 548 Thames St., Groton, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license.

Shawn Craig, 37, of 156 Garfield Ave. was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

Lewis Williams, 50, of 505 E. Main St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with third-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace.

State Police - Montville

Jordan Waters, 20, of New Haven was charged Thursday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to carry proper insurance and failure to drive right.

Waterford

Reginald White, 34, of 45 Clark Lane was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.

Denise Devry, 35, of 1 Latham St., Mystic, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault.

Melissa Carlow, 44, of 50 Heampstead St., New London, was charged Wednesday with third-degree larceny.

Edwin Doss, 28, of 71 West St., was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary and third-degree larceny.

David Connell, 51, of 19 Jay St., New London, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

Joseph Loeber, 52, of 19 Jay St., New London, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.
