Groton Town

Jason Yard, 30, of 345 Gold Star Highway was charged Wednesday with first-degree and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Groton City

Thaddeus Reay, 19, of 24 Second St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

Larry Harris, 49, of 49 Allen St. was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

New London

Angel Whittington, 20, of 453 Ocean Ave. was charged Thursday with breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer and two counts of assault on a police officer.

Ricky E. Fort Jr., 19, of 101 Buchanan Road was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Omara Francis, 26, of 14 Braemar Place was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

Ricky Fort Sr., 42, of 19 Bristol St. was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault.

Xavier Auguilar-Reyes, 22, of 12 Michael Road, Apt. H, was charged Wednesday with violation of a protective order.

Mark R. Nowak, 22, of 53 Shaw St., Apt. 4, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace, interfering with an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and carrying a facsimile firearm.

Norwich

Casey Lyons, 21, of Binghamton, N.Y., was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Marcus T. Hurdle, 43, of 22 Fairmount St. was charged Wednesday with breach of peace and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Harry Anderson, 60, of 20 Spaulding St. was charged Wednesday with failure to register as a sex offender.

Stonington

Kush R. Bhadania, 30, of 15 Paul Revere Rd., Groton, was charged Wednesday with third-degree larceny, third-degree identity theft and illegal use of a credit card.
