I have just been informed Jack Cipriano will be retiring from his New London building inspection position.

I would just like to say, he came to my property due to a dispute with a neighbor about a fence issue and went above and beyond to resolve the matter.

Most of the time it's always negative feedback from departments such as these. I would like to have Mr. Cipriano leave knowing all the good results that came from the extra patience he put forth and it was greatly appreciated. Too bad you're leaving, but good luck in your next endeavor. I'm sure it will be as successful as this one was.
