Foreign language experts wanted

People who are fluent in Spanish - as well as Arabic, Chinese, Dari, Farsi, Hebrew, Kazhak, Korean, Pashto, Turkish, Somali, Urdu, Uzbek and other tongues - are invited to a foreign language career day at the New Haven Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, June 16.

The event will be held at the FBI's New Haven Field Office, 600 State St. in New Haven.

Applicants need to have U.S. citizenship and be fluent in English. Contract linguists earn $29 to $41 an hour.
