Groton Town

Santos E. Serrano, 30, of 70 Mumford Ave. was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and having an improper muffler.

Daniel Cordeiro, 24, of 10 Pleasant View Road was charged May 29 with driving with a suspended license and following too closely.

Montville

Todd Smith, 51, of 96D Woodland Drive was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order and first-degree criminal trespass.

New London

Patrick Rowe, 41, of 129 Great Neck Road, Waterford, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Desmond Rakim Robinson, 22, of 158 Hawthorne Drive was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and improper use of a turn signal.

Rolando Rivera, 35, of 113 Connecticut Ave. was charged Thursday with violation of probation and first-degree failure to appear in court.

Matthew Maddox, 30, of 102 Brandegee Ave., Groton, was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order.

Elizabeth Colon, 25, of 384 Norwich Ave., Norwich, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and making an improper turn.

Gordon Baird, 23, of 30 Hickory St. was charged Thursday with risk of injury to a minor and breach of peace.

Julia Card, 24, of 30 Hickory St. was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order, risk of injury to a minor and breach of peace.

Edgar A. Amill, 37, of 32 W. Main St. was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, improper number of headlights and failure to obey a traffic light.

Amanda Saracen, 34, of Lisbon was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failing to obey a stop sign.

Robert Przekop, 62, of 2 Mountain Ave. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license.

Marsha L. Loiselle, 36, of Central Village was charged Friday with first-degree larceny.

Kevan Kurisoo, 23, of Voluntown was charged Thursday with fourth-degree larceny.

Stonington

Moranda M. Rodriguez, 32, of 6 Babcock St., Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with violation of probation and breach of peace.
