Ferguson Stanford, 40, of 156 Garfield Ave., was charged Saturday with violation of a protective order.

Julio J. Salas, 35, of 13 Crouch St., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, failing to drive right and interfering with a police officer.

Jetzayra Escahera, 22, of 37 Ashcraft Road, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

Montville

Parnell P. Thomas, 34, of 1591 Route 32, Apt. 27, Uncasville, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failing to drive right.

Norwich

Catalina Lugo, 32, of 83 Norwich Ave. was charged Saturday with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

Samantha Fidrych, 22, of no certain address, was charged Saturday with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

State Police - Montville

Charlene Pate, 38, of Brooklyn, was charged Sunday with violation of conditions of release.

Raymond M. Downing, Sr., 42, of Westbrook, was charged Saturday with third-degree larceny.

Waterford

Anthony Devona, 23, of 112 Great Neck Road, was charged Saurday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and evading responsibility.
