Brian K. Edwards, 22, of 272 Shennecossett Road was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation, criminal violation of a protective order, threatening and disorderly conduct.
Robert B. Sullivan, 59, of 117 Pamela Ave. was charged Monday with second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree threatening, interfering with an officer and breach of peace.
