Groton Town

Ryan Ecklid, 23, of 8021 Old Colchester Road, Uncasville, was charged June 8 with driving with a suspended license, failure to have proof of valid insurance, driving an unregistered vehicle and misuse of marker plates.

New London

Edgar E. Aragones, 45, of 179 Colman St. was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

John S. Torres, 31, of no certain address was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

State Police - Montville

Adam Wesolowski, 20, of Lebanon was charged Thursday in Norwich with reckless driving.

John Glynn, 52, of 1505 North Road, Groton, was charged Thursday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Stonington

Melissa A. Walker, 28, of Ashaway, R.I., was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, failure to have carry proper insurance and failure to register a vehicle eligible for commercial registration.

Christopher W. Chappel, 39, of Heather Glen Lane, Mystic, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and traveling too fast for conditions.
