East Lyme

Eric J. Wasniewski, 42, of 46 Spring Garden Road was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license.

Alen D. Milles, 22, of Interlaken, N.Y., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to renew license.

New London

Alvin D. Williams, 46, of 78 Dell Ave., Unit B1, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dowayne Dadd, 24, of 37 Tilley St. was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Groton City

Andrew Sthilaire, 24, of 22 Delmont St., Manchester, was charged Friday with failure to obey a traffic control signal and driving with a suspended license.

Norwich

Renee Chenette, 42, of 49 Shetucket Turnpike, Griswold, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Chad Gauthier, 19, of 29 Sullivan Drive was charged Friday with breach of peace, attempted second-degree assault and possession of a dangerous weapon.

State Police - Montville

William Vogt, 43, of 211 Hell Hollow Road, Voluntown, was charged Friday in North Stonington with reckless driving.

Joseph Fraser, 19, of 24 Maple St., Jewett City, was charged Friday in Jewett City with second-degree failure to appear in court.

A juvenile offender was charged Friday in Montville with possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Waterford

Alissa Mogart, 29, of 41 B Cutler St., Groton, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

William Baker, 24, of East Windsor was charged Saturday with two counts of fourth-degree larceny.

Alicia Wilson, 26, of 14 Trumbull Road was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia and interfering with an officer.

Kenneth Shepherd, 56, of 5 East St. was charged Thursday with breach of peace.
