Tabitha Asby, 23, of Westbrook was charged Friday with possession of cocaine and failure to keep narcotics in their original container.

Ronald Sutton, 45, of 11 High St. was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, failure to carry proper insurance and failure to have tail lamps lit.

Shannon A. Manosh, 24, of 105 Benham Road was charged Friday with second-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny, misuse of a license plate, theft of a license plate and driving with a suspended license.

Neorck L. Colebut, 52, of 537 Bank St., New London, was charged Thursday with fifth-degree larceny.

Heidi Strain, 24, of Sterling was charged Saturday on warrants with two counts of failure to appear in court.

Wilfredo LeBron, 41, of 36 Truman St., New London, was charged Friday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

David Swirski, 30, of 47 Turner Road, Oakdale, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, failure to obey a traffic control signal and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Percy Guillen Zea, 48, of 195 Third Ave., New London, was charged Friday with driving without a license and failure to drive right.

Meagan Johns, 26, of Jewett City was charged Saturday with traveling too fast for conditions and driving under the influence of liquor or drugs.

Shaunta Wuller, 34, of 47 Boswell Ave., Norwich, was charged Saturday with possession of cocaine and interfering with an officer.

Shannon Manosh, 24, of 138 Hamilton Ave., Groton, was charged Friday with third-degree robbery, third-degree assault and sixth-degree larceny.

Jeremy Clark, 22, of Griswold was charged Friday with traveling too fast for conditions and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Brian Turner, 29, of 35 Melrose Park Road, Norwich, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
