Groton City

Ryan M. Piazza, 20, of 159 Smith St., was charged Thursday with no insurance, driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.

Robert Morales, 36, of 22 Branford Ave., was charged Thursday with interfering with an officer, carrying a facsimile firearm and second-degree breach of peace.

James D. Coleman Jr., 29, of 98 Brandegee Ave., was charged Thursday with failure to register a commercial vehicle, driving with a suspended license and no insurance.

Ledyard

Renee Nieves Jr., 25, of 495 Williams St., New London, was charged Thursday with failure to appear in court.

New London

Michael Evans, 44, of 76 Federal St., was charged Thursday with first-degree criminal trespassing and second-degree breach of peace.

Donald H. Shea Jr., 41, of 89 Rosemary St., Apt. B, was charged Thursday with sixth-degree larceny, criminal damage to landlord's property, second-degree harassment and second-degree threatening.

Esteban Rosa, 40, of 50 Palmer St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with third-degree criminal trespass.

David G. Kerns, of no certain address, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

Nigol Melkonian, 33, of Waltham, Mass., was charged Thursday with failure to drive right, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and resisting arrest.

Erica A. Tinsley, 26, of 219 Browning Road, was charged Thursday with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.

John Vonutter, 67, of 48 Harbor Road, Colchester, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and following too close.

Randell C. Henry, 21, of 151 Cliff St., was charged Thursday with possession of crack cocaine and possession of crack cocaine with the intent to sell.

Robert F. Hollander, 49, of 290 Colman St., New London, was charged Tuesday in Norwich with violation of a restraining order.

Kevin Bradham, 24, of 32 Fielding Terrace, Uncasville, was charged Thursday in Montville with violation of a protective order.

Stephanie Walden-Kirk, 21, of 170 Route 82, Apt. 12, Oakdale, was charged Thursday in Oakdale with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief.

Stonington

Judith L. McGuirk, 61, of 9 1/2 Rowland St., Mystic, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and evading responsibility.

Christopher E. Czapla, 42, of 4 Pleasant St., Mystic, was charged Tuesday with first-degree criminal trespass.

Katherine M. Hackvarth, 48, of 45 Sisk Drive, Apt. 12-2, Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with second-degree larceny.

Lisa M. Brown, 33, of 9 Liberty St., Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with breach of peace, third-degree assault and threatening.

Brian L. Taber, 46, of 9 Liberty St., second floor, was charged Thursday with breach of peace, risk of injury to a minor and third-degree assault.

Michael A. Perry, 47, of 435 High St., Apt. 7, Mystic, was charged Thursday with violation of probation.

Waterford

Edward Piontkowski, 51, of 19 Jay St., New London, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.
