Jonathan Young, 54, of Southington, was charged Monday with violation of a protective order, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Groton Town

Paolo E. Lopez, 23, of 118 Willetts Ave., Waterford, was charged Monday with two counts of failure to appear in court.

Christine Abels, 26, of Madison, was charged Saturday with prostitution.

Ledyard

Morningstar Arroyo, 27, of 10 Rosemary St., New London, was charged Monday with violation of a protective order.

Montville

Lindsay Wilson, 34, of 3 Crescent St., was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

New London

Jamie R. Jackson, 25, of 43 Granite St. Apt. D5, was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace.

Linda Levine, 55, of 46 Summit St., was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Claudio Chacha, 28, of 47 Summer St., was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

James A. Snelgrove, 55, of 22 Golf St., Groton, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Sheila L. Dauphin, 38, of no certain address, was charged Monday with evading responsibility and failure to drive right.

Norwich

Rocha Brown, 46, of no certain address, was charged Monday with two counts of violation of a protective order.

Kelley Bradley, 25, of no certain address, was charged Tuesday with second-degree threatening and violation of a restraining order.

State Police - Montville

Karl Rappold, 47, of 42 Jay St., New London, was charged Monday in Sprague with third-degree criminal trespass, first-degree criminal mischief, interfering with a police officer and fourth-degree larceny.

Waterford

Anthony Seabrooke, 23, of Hartford, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and failure to drive in the proper lane.
