Brian Gandenberger, 38, of 18 Gurely Road was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol and making an improper right turn.

Groton City

Desiree M. Esquilin, 27, of 190 Branford Ave. was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace.

Mary Harrison, 68, of 171 Hynes Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Groton Town

Ashley C. Burgess, 21, of 72 Ginger Drive was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

Montville

Heather Gagnier, 22, of 7 Gair Court, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault.

New London

Jessica Rodriguez, 32, of 24 Hawthorne Drive, Apt. C, was charged Monday with violation of a protective order, tampering with evidence and possession of narcotics.

Norwich

Edward Kerwin, 60, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with third-degree stalking.

State Police - Montville

Brandon R. Plemons, 41, of 65 Pink Row, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday in Norwich with fourth-degree larceny and second-degree robbery.

Waterford

Laquania Morrison, 29, of Hartford was charged Monday with fifth-degree larceny and issuing a bad check.
