Gilberto Alvarez, 25, of 46 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and speeding.

New London

Isaih Mosjelik Ellik, 26, of 61 Franklin St., was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Madiyana Booth, 22, of 61 Franklin St., was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Steven B. Flanders, 42, of 18 Arnold St., Norwich, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and driving without a license.

Gerald Vanbrocklin Jr., 41, of 55 W. Coit St., was charged Saturday with risk of injury to a minor, third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Javier Torres, 24, of 7 Briggs St., was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license.

Leon Griffin, 36, of Hartford, was charged Saturday with interfering with a police officer, assault on a police officer, evading responsibility, engaging an officer in pursuit and driving without a license.

Maino Chavez, 23, of 70 Farmington Ave., was charged Saturday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license.

Stephanie Maturano, 30, of Hebron, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Stonington

Kate M. Mealing, 51, of 342 Farmholme Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with interfering with a police officer and breach of peace.

Christine M. Martell, 30, of 81 Fair Acres Circle, Old Mystic, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Martin V. Smith, 31, of 6 S. Essex St., Westerly, was charged Saturday with first-degree criminal trespass and breach of peace.

Waterford

Gwendolyn Bostick, 58, of 451 E. Main St., Norwich, was charged Saturday with risk of injury to a minor, fifth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny.
