Groton Town

Lisa M. Kotecki, 48, of 18 Latimer Drive, East Lyme, was charged Monday with fourth-degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device.

Samantha Beach 21, of 53 South Road was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving without a license.

New London

Charles Mitchell, 56, of 95 Cliff St. was charged Wednesday with failure to verify address for the sex offender registry.

Tyshawn Evans-Smith, 25, of 31 Branford Ave., Groton, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Dennis Stiggle, 46, of 14 Colman St. was charged Wednesday with violation of probation.
