Kelli Elizabeth Baker, 21, of Parish, N.Y., was charged Thursday with third-degree assault.

Shawna Lee Hammond, 25, of Mexico, N.Y., was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace.

Kyle T. Bard, 21, of 76 Flanders Road was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding and failure to obey a stop sign.

Groton Town

Merle M. Emmons, 60, of 268 Flanders Road was charged Wednesday with reckless driving and driving with a suspended license.

New London

Chyna Dasher, 19, of New Haven was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without insurance.

Kevin Denning, 23, of 37 Long Pond Road South, Ledyard, was charged Thursday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and first-degree failure to appear in court.

Terrance Boyd, 37, of 247 Laurel Drive was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, failure to wear a seat belt and cellphone violation.

Laird Yard, 32, of 111 Oneco Ave. was charged Thursday with violation of probation.

Norwich

Mark Pierce, 44, of Tolland was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Frank Watson, 40, of 87 Woodland Road, Uncasville, was charged Thursday with breach of peace and resisting arrest.

Jason Colbut, 39, of 17 Watson Road, Preston, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.

State Police - Montville

Matthew Lambert, 26, of 1500 Route 12, Gales Ferry, was charged Friday in Gales Ferry, with third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Victoria Zieger, 36, of Sprague was charged Friday in Sprague with interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct.

Michael Remillard, 39, of Plainfield was charged Thursday in Norwich with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license, failure to carry proper insurance and making an improper turn.

Julianne Vince, 52, of 5 Huntington St., New London, was charged Thursday in Montville with use of a motor vehicle without the owner's permission.

Mark Shepard, 24, of 390 Long Hill Road, Groton, was charged Thursday in Montville with two counts of third-degree larceny.

Stonington

Bryan P. Silva, 26, of North Kingstown, R.I., was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding, improper use of a marker, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to carry proper insurance.

Waterford

Eric Tobey, 31, of 249 Vauxhall St., New London, was charged Thursday with sixth-degree larceny, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Scott Yerman, 38, of 45 Pheasant Run, Oakdale, was charged Wednesday with failure to drive in the proper lane and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
