I had a story in today's paper about the variations in lobster prices locally brought on by a glut of soft shell lobster from Maine. When reporting the story, I was struck by the range in prices for a lobster roll locally, which was $8.50 to just over $19 from the places I surveyed. I think my cut off is $16.50 for a lobster roll, and that may be stretching it. How about you? What's too much for a good lobster roll?
