Larry Daniels Jr., 23, of 314 Broad St. was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Diana Bahamoudi, 47, of 58 Chester St. was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

Norma A. Walker, 37, of 58 Chester St. was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

Kim Opotzner, 39, of Seymour was charged July 25 with evading responsibility.

Norwich

Bobbijo Kramm, 35, of 24 Wedgewood Drive, Jewett City, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

State Police - Montville

Allister Baldwin, 34, of Honolulu, Hawaii, was charged Tuesday in Norwich with driving under the influence and failure to drive right.

Joshua Hall, 20, of 21 Ravenwood Drive, North Stonington, was charged Monday in North Stonington with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, second-degree strangulation and first-degree unlawful restraint.

Daniel Barbeau, 20, of Lisbon was charged Sunday in Norwich with driving under the influence, possession of alcohol by a minor, failure to drive right and drinking while driving.

Stonington

Steve E. Kilgore Jr., 30, of 29 Gold St., Apt. 3, was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Stephen G. Gibson, 41, of 102 Fair Acres Circle was charged Monday with criminal violation of a protective order and breach of peace.

Christi L. Sward, 49, of 102 Fair Acres Circle was charged Monday with criminal violation of a protective order and third-degree assault.

Susan B. Donovan, 48, of 24 William St., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Waterford

Blaze Adamson, 21, of 21 Linda Ave. was charged Monday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Robert Dils, 59, of 1122 Hartford Road was charged Monday with breach of peace.
