Groton Town

Kyle J. Theadore, 29, of 4 Enterprise Ave., Apt. E, Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Scott P. Fuller III, 27, of Harvey, Ill., was charged Friday with third-degree conspiracy to commit burglary, third-degree accessory to commit burglary, two counts of third-degree forgery and two counts of sixth-degree larceny.

New London

Deacan Dahlquist, 27, of 10 Rosemary St., was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

Hayley Paolera, 19, of 262 Broad St., was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

State Police - Montville

Lisabeth Bochain, 38, of 60 B Jerome Road, Uncasville, was charged Wednesday in Preston with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Peter James Contino, 57, of 8 Holdsworth Road, Preston, was charged Wednesday in Preston with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Stonington

Sean P. McBride, 23, of 211 Reutemann Road, North Stonington, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

Mohammed A. Arif, 36, of New York, N.Y., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol of drugs, driving with a suspended license, failure to drive right and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

Seanna Dyer, 30, of 310 Boston Post Road, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Brian Beloncik, 51, of Schenectady, N.Y., was charged Saturday with carrying or sale of a dangerous weapon and breach of peace.
