In reference to the article, "New London mayor prepares for 'extreme' cuts," (July 27). The council president stated "It's not going to be his (mayor's) decision. It goes back to the council and we'll decide. He doesn't set the priorties. The council does."
So who's the leader of New London? The mayor or the council?
