Nine years of appreciation

Save the River Save the Hills presents its ninth annual Niantic River Appreciation Day and kayak regatta on Saturday, Aug. 18, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The day will include the traditional kayak parade launching from Three Belles Marina, music by Denise and Tony Band at Point Comfort, boat demonstrations, raffles, giveaways, info booths and more.
