Police seize cash, crack in Norwich bust

Norwich – Police seized cash and more than six grams of crack cocaine during the arrest Wednesday morning of an alleged drug dealer.

Police charged Eric M. Johnson, 35, of 2 East Baltic St., Apt. D, with three counts of sale of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine and possession of crack cocaine with the intent to sell.

Police made the arrest after executing a search warrant at Johnson’s home. During the search, police found more than six grams of crack cocaine, some of which was packaged for street level sales, and more than $350.

Police held Johnson on $350,000 bond. He’s scheduled to appear Thursday in Norwich GA 21 court.
