After Julius Caesar's assassination in 44 B.C., three things ultimately happened.
1. Statesman/general/Caesar confidante Mark Antony formed the Second Triumvirate with two other Roman dudes.
2. When that went bad, Mark changed the "k" to a "c" and stuck an "h" in his surname. Rechristened Marc Anthony, he became one of the most influential and huge-selling Latin singers of modern times.
3. In 2010, Anthony released his 11th CD, "Iconos," and is now out on a tour that brings him to the Mohegan Sun Arena Saturday. Called the GIGANT3S Tour, the bill also includes two similarly successful Latin headliners, Chayanne and Marco Antonio Soli (another one!).
Between the three of them, they've sold over 70 million albums. Expect, then, an onslaught of hits.
