Mystic Outdoor Art Festival marks year 55

The Mystic Art Outdoor Art Festival hits its 55th year, and it's not experiencing any midlife crisis. It's sticking with what it does best: showcase some truly fine art.

The sidewalks of picturesque downtown Mystic will be lined with oils, watercolors, photography, sculpture and more. Totalling it all up, there will be more than 250 artists displaying their work, and upwards of 60 fine crafters.

Activities for the kids will be part of the event, and food will be sold.
