Formica will be an asset to region, nation

The letter suggesting that East Lyme First Selectman Paul Formica, who is seeking the GOP nomination for congressman, was not working fulltime for the people of East Lyme failed to provide any examples.

The letter did not include information about weeks in which less than the required hours were worked, required functions missed or meetings for which Mr. Formica was not prepared.

Why does The Day not ask for such examples prior to printing these kinds of accusations? Mr. Formica has been and continues to be an asset for our town and when elected to the House will continue to be an asset not only for the people of our town, but to the state and the country as well.
