New London

Matthew Goldstein, 23, of 35 Hawthorne Drive was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast.

William Diaz, 44, of 44 Franklin St., Apt. 3, was charged Monday with breach of peace.

Norwich

Mark Howard, 30, of 54 N. Main St. was charged Monday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Andrea Howard, 36, of 54 N. Main St. was charged Monday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Gary Kemp, 41, of 46 Boswell Ave. was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

State Police - Montville

James Ferrante, 44, of Willimantic was charged Tuesday in Montville with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Heather Durr, 27, of 91 S. Second Ave., Taftville, was charged Monday in Norwich with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
