Norwich — Police are investigating an early morning home invasion and armed robbery at 204 Franklin St.

Police said no one was injured during Wednesday’s 1:34 a.m. incident, which police said did not appear to be random. The suspects brandished a handgun and stole an undisclosed amount of cash and jewelry before fleeing on foot, police said.

Police released no further information and said the incident remains under investigation.
