Brandon Plemons, 18, of 65 Pink Row was charged Monday with risk of injury to a minor, third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Crystal Plemons, 23, of 65 Pink Row was charged Monday with risk of injury to a minor, third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Sanely Moreno, 19, of 189 Parkway North was charged Thursday with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening and intimidating a witness.

Michael O. Watrous, 24, of 155 Route 12, Preston, was charged Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of heroin.

Reginald White, 34, of 45 Clark Lane, Waterford, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and stop sign violation.

Norwich

Christopher Baldoni, 24, of 24A Oxford Drive was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree threatening.

Stonington

Patrick R. Crawford, 21, of 26 Pearl St. was charged Thursday with third-degree burglary, fourth-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.

Waterford

Ellen Reisman, 60, of 973 Hartford Road was charged Wednesday with being a fugitive from justice.

Jeanne Jacobs, 58, of 50 Stoneheights Drive was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.

Maximilian Adamson, 18, of 21 Linda Ave. was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree larceny.
