Joseph Lopez-Nievez, 24, of 49 Raynor Ave., Norwich, was charged Thursday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Groton Town

Jimmie White, 22, of 55 Blackhall St., New London, was charged Friday with second-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief.

Massoud Kalkhoran, 48, of 200 Capstan Ave., Mystic, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Robert Reimer, 28, of 211 Poquonnock Road was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to carry proper insurance.

New London

Coyt W. Taylor, 51, of 651 Bank St., Apt. 1, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

Melissa Howard, 31, of 71 Palmer Neck Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Norwich

Raul Torres, 48, of New Haven was charged Friday with breach of peace, interfering with an officer and failure to submit to fingerprints.

Jordan Nicholas, 19, of 68 Boswell Ave. was charged Thursday with violation of probation.

Zachary Pobrowski, 25, of 1 North St. was charged Thursday with possession of crack cocaine, possession of heroin and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

State Police - Montville

Zachary Smart, 21, of Exeter, Maine, was charged Thursday in Norwich with risk of injury to a minor and two counts of violation of probation.
