Who is discriminating against whom?

Wow. Now all you have to do is speak your mind, state your beliefs and certain powers will try to shut you down. You don't have to discriminate - no one is refused entry to Chick-fil-A.

But restaurant chain owner Dan Cathy had the unmitigated gall to state his personal beliefs about marriage. Then Mayors Rahm Emanuel of Chicago and Thomas Menino of Boston decided to try to block the entry of Click-fil-A into their communities.

Who is discriminating against whom here? We all know what Chicago's values are. Boston Mayor Menino writes, "There is no place for discrimination on Boston's Freedom Trail and no place for Click-Fil-A alongside the trail."

Do I sense an oxymoron here?
