Herbert and Beryl Rattley Jr. of Salem, and paternal grandparents, Herbert and Mary Rattley Sr. of Trumbull, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Regina Evette Rattley to Brett Jamerson Fennell, son of Carl and Geneva Fennell, godson of McKinley and Thelma Wardlaw of Dover, Del.
The bride and groom-to-be are both honor graduates of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro, N.C., where Regina earned a bachelor of science in chemical engineering, and Brett earned a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering. Regina also earned an MBA from Loyola University in Baltimore, Md. Brett holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Ga.
Regina is an honor graduate from the 1992 class of St. Bernard High School and is currently employed as a senior process development manager at McCormick & Co., in Hunt Valley, Md. Her fiance is employed as a senior consultant with Chevo Consulting, based in Rockville, Md.
A Sept. 22, 2012, wedding in Westbrook, is being planned.
