GEICO moves office to Waterford

GEICO Insurance has moved from Groton to 711 Broad St. Ext, Waterford.

"We opened our location on Route 12 in 1990 and we were immediately successful. Our move to Broad Street on the Waterford/New London line gives us a more professional office space and room to grow even more," said Mark Nickerson, the local GEICO representative.

GEICO is the largest insurer of automobiles in the state. Nickerson said he anticipates adding two agents to the office. The phone number will remain the same at 860-446-2886.

Nickerson also has included MW Financial Services into the new office for customers with life insurance and other financial product needs.
