East Lyme

Bryan Barber, 20, of 94 Giants Neck Road was charged Friday with possession of marijuana, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have headlights lit.

New London

Wilmer Salinas, 27, of 12 W. Coit St. was charged Friday with misuse of licence plates, operating a vehicle without a license, and failure to drive right.

Felix Ruiz, 38, of 33 Summer St. was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, misuse of marker plates and unsafe starting.

Michael Bell, 20, of 52 B Goshen Road, Waterford, was charged Friday with second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct.

Miguel Xante, 23, of 89 Garfield Ave. was charged Friday with interfering with an officer, disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

Digna E. Martinez, 49, of 15 Bragaw St., Unit 2, was charged Friday with second-degree assault.

State Police - Montville

William Nitsch, 22, of 18 Forest Drive, Uncasville, was charged Thursday in Montville with failure to carry a license, failure to carry minimum insurance, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have headlights lit.

Waterford

Craig Baude, 18, of 29 Nichols Lane was charged Thursday with breach of peace.
