Jane C. Nygren, 52, of 600 Meridian St. Ext., Apt. 819, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failing to obey a traffic control signal.

Michael Burke, 47, of 64 Laurelwood Road was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, failing to register a motor vehicle eligible for a commercial registration and failing to return a license or registration after it was suspended or canceled.

Groton Town

Renee L. Perreault, 23, of 242 Nautilus Drive, New London, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Andrea C. Simmons, 32, of 224 Fort Hill Road, Apt. A, was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility.

Robert McClellan, 79, of 35 Village Lane, Apt. 6, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault on an elderly person and disorderly conduct.

New London

Frank P. Debartolo, 49, of 968 Bank St., 2nd floor, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to carry proper insurance.

Norwich

Elga Vieira, 33, of 609 Boswell Ave. was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a minor.

Manuel Lopes, 30, of 72 Sandy Lane was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended registration and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

Paul McQuown, 20, of 82 Sixth St. was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and driving without headlights or tail lights.

Jamaal Jarmon, 29, of 186 Central Ave. was charged Friday with reckless driving, driving with a suspended licence, possession of crack cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to sell.

Teron R. Smith, 20, of 90 North St. was charged Friday with breach of peace, assault on a police officer and interfering with an officer.

Todd Pomazon, 56, of 90 Pequot Road, Uncasville, was charged Friday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

David A. Taylor, 51, of Polk City, Fla., was charged Friday in Preston with risk of injury to a minor, breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Damien Bartholomew, 32, of 31 Blinman St., New London, was charged Friday in Montville with sale of a controlled substance, possession of narcotics, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Phillip Taylor, 19, of 56 Chapel Hill Road, Oakdale, was charged Friday in Uncasville with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Matthew Bernier, 21, of 95 Depot Road, Uncasville, was charged Friday in Uncasville with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

James R. Aberdeen, 42, of 2 McCauley Place, Uncasville, was charged Friday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Thek Naing Kyaw, 31, of 7 Velvet Lane, Mystic, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Laura M. Mattila, 46, of 207 Whitehall Ave., Apt. 5, Old Mystic, was charged Thursday with fourth-degree larceny.

Eddie Slim, 49, of Apache Junction, Ariz., was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
