Montville

Anthony Quinones, 24, of 495 Laurel Hill Road, Norwich, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to comply with emission inspection.

New London

Jonathan Chang, 23, of 208 Montauk Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and cellphone violation.

Shelter D. Wein, 19, of Shelter Island, N.Y., was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have headlights lit.

Kevin S. O'Brien, 33, of 292 Montauk Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered or uninsured motor vehicle and unsafe movement.

John E. Warner Jr., 49, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Pedro Miranda, 53, of 54 Fieldside Drive, Apt. A, Groton, was charged Tuesday with drinking while driving a motor vehicle, improper signal and failure to drive in the proper lane.

State Police - Montville

Ashley Zurowski, 26, of 33 Russell St., Jewett City, was charged Tuesday in Lisbon with risk of injury to a minor, sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer.

Charles Shaffer, 51, of 82 Circle Drive, Stonington, was charged Monday in East Lyme with failure to drive right and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Christina L. Puskarz, 36, of West Hartford was charged Wednesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

Kimberlea Wardell, 19, of 83 Gallup Hill Road, Ledyard, was charged Tuesday with fifth-degree larceny.

Charles Keating, 80, of 83 Great Neck Road was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license.
