Groton City

Rasha Marshall, 30, of 115 Eastwood Road was charged Thursday with failure to drive right and driving with a suspended license.

New London

Jose R. Rodriguez, 41, of 254 Eugene O'Neill Drive, Apt. 2, was charged Thursday with driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to carry proper insurance, theft or illegal possession of a license plate and driving with a suspended license.

Jerome M. Taylor, 22, of 19 Jay St. was charged Thursday with violation of probation and interfering with an officer.

Noah Zimmer, 36, of 14 Colman St. was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace.

Orlin Carcamo, 25, of 106 Blackhall St., 1st floor, was charged Wednesday with driving without a license, evading responsibility, failure to drive right and failure to carry proper insurance.

Rafaelito Taveras Jr., 36, of 28 Linden St. was charged Wednesday with sale of narcotics, possession of narcotics and sale of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school.

Norwich

Vincent Harrison, 34, of Bristol was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Mark Brayman, 45, of no certain address was charged Thursday with failure to register as a sex offender.

State Police - Montville

Victor Encarnacion, 25, of 37 Kamaha St., Groton, was charged Wednesday in Montville with possession of narcotics and possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana.

Stonington

Michael W. Page, 31, of 30 Main St., Old Mystic, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

Jessica R. Page, 29, of 30 Main St., Old Mystic, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.
