Groton City

Sharish Holder, 31, of 130 State St., New London, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and speeding.

Groton Town

Joy C. Ashley, 39, of Swansea, Mass., was charged Friday with being a fugitive from justice.

Michaela S. Johnson, 22, of 80 Maple Ave., Apt. 3, New London, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, failure to have tail lamps illuminated and failure to secure child with the proper belt/restraint.

John R. Dillon, 45, of 74 Grove Ave. was charged Thursday with second-degree threatening.

Scott L. Sawyer, 37, of 47 South Road, Apt. 7A, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

New London

Joshua L. Pope, 30, of 12 James Ave., Quaker Hill, was charged Friday with cellphone violation and driving with a suspended license.

Ashley Liebig, 23, of 575 Bank St., Apt. 302, was charged Friday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Maariyah Lombardi, 18, of Middletown was charged Friday with reckless burning and disorderly conduct.

Daryl Vandergrift, 26, of 37 Spring St. was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and failure to signal.

Benjamin Olibrun, 67, of 87 Michael Road, Apt. C, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Nestor Santana, 25, of 48 Linden St., Apt. 2, was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order and threatening.

Norwich

Gina Garcia, 30, of 30 Hamilton Ave., was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court and violation of probation.

Julio Vargas-Santiago, 38, of 78 Roath St. was charged Thursday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.Waterford

Joseph Riley, 27, of 4 Nichols Lane, was charged Wednesday with second-degree criminal trespass and fifth-degree larceny.

Joshua Johnson, 23, of 28 Pearl St., New London, was charged Thursday with sale of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, and failure to have tail lamps illuminated.

Ashley Wilson, 30, of 117 Philips St. was charged Thursday with violation of probation and sixth-degree larceny.

Charles Warner, 44, of 19 Crouch St., Groton, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and use of a cellphone while driving.
