Gregory Jarvis, 54, of 142 North Main St., Norwich, was charged Friday with driving with a license under suspension and failure to have tail lights.

Groton Town

Luther Z. Franck, 20, of 89 Cliff St., Norwich, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

William R. Gibson, 24, address unknown, was charged Saturday with third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny and second-degree criminal trespass.

New London

Brandon J. Phelps, 20, of 17 Viets St., New London, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance.

Norwich

Jose Medina, 24, of 139 Providence St. was charged Friday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Kevin Daley, 46, of 329 Canterbury Turnpike was charged Friday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Dwayne Toporowski, 32, of 4 Eagle St. was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast.

Jeannine Spero, 40, of Orlando, Fla., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, engaging an officer in pursuit, reckless driving and misuse of plates.

Ralph Spero, 49, of 76 New Village St. was charged Saturday with violation of a protective order.

Christopher A. Kotyk, 28, of 10 Phillips Road, Lisbon, was charged Thursday in Lisbon with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and second-degree strangulation.

Chandelle L. Gaucher, 22, of 114 Francis Drive, Lebanon, was charged Thursday in Lisbon with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Richard T. Martone, 33, of 549 Pumpkin Hill Road, Ledyard, was charged Friday in Griswold with driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, using a cellphone while driving and driving without license.

Todd Benjamin, 44, of 170 Pleasure Hill Road, Franklin, was charged Friday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Janet L. Cochran, 36, of 58 Church St., Norwich, was charged Saturday in Montville with illegally obtaining prescription drugs.

Frederick Wise, 35, of 24 Rex Road, Lisbon, was charged Friday with interfering with police, possession of a controlled substance and unauthorized sale or manufacture of narcotics.

Carlos Rodrigues, 32, of 2 Valley St., Norwich, was charged Friday with interfering with police and possession of a controlled substance.

Melvin Bellinger, 42, of 17 North Road was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Marcelino Barreto, 28, of 9 Brewer St., New London, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, having a weapon in a motor vehicle and risk of injury to a minor.
