Groton City

Deborah B. De Los Santos, 37, of 448 Montauk Ave., New London, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license.

Lourdes Reyes, 28, of 77 Hawthorne Drive, New London, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, failure to have lights lit and failure to return a suspended license.

Groton Town

Joseph M. Manko, 33, of 45 A St. was charged Monday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Erika Lallier, 30, of 80 Maple Ave., New London, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, failure to maintain minimum insurance coverage and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Austin L. Allen, 18, of 381 Burningtree Drive was charged Monday with third-degree criminal trespass, criminal attempt to commit fourth-degree larceny and criminal attempt to commit third-degree burglary.

Alex S. Orum, 26, of 14 Harry Road, Griswold, was charged Sunday with first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree assault, second-degree threatening, breach of peace and carrying and sale of dangerous weapons.

Lori E. Rattell, 36, of 301 Buddington Road was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jonathan A. Kane, 21, of 145 Pearl St., Noank, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure to keep license plates legible.

Alexander L. Brown, 23, of 11 King Arthur Drive, Niantic, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and an improper number of headlights.

Melissa Caisse, 41, of 52 Summit St., Norwich, was charged on Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

Joselin Serrano, 41, of 61 Shaw St., Apt. 2, was charged Sunday with second-degree burglary, threatening and breach of peace.

Diosdado Cruz, 52, of 40 Pearl St., Apt. 9, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Norwich

Katarzyna Dickson, 29, of 6A Norman Road, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree harassment.

Corey April Wojcik, 24, of 31 Burdick Road, Preston, was charged in Preston Saturday with second-degree criminal mischief.

Stonington

Kevin C. Miner, 36, of 69 Woody Hill Road, Bradford, R.I., was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Raymond Arnold, 18, of 24 Flintrock Road, Ledyard, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, failure to maintain minimum insurance coverage and unnecessary noise.

Waterford

Nicholas Gates, 31, of 97 East Pattagansett Road, East Lyme, was charged Sunday with speeding and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Diane Doherty, 47, of 310 Boston Post Road, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to have lights lit.

Edward Feliciano, 24, of 387 Jefferson Ave., New London, was charged Monday with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.
