Timothy Sullivan, 38, of 25-27 Ocean Ave., Apt. 16, East Lyme, was charged Wednesday with threatening and disorderly conduct.

Montville

Travis Kalin, 20, of 5 Blumenthal Drive was charged Monday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

New London

Anthony D. McCants, 23, of 17 Bern Court, Mystic, was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics.

Langston Paige, 68, of 107 Benham Road Apt. 4, Groton, was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics.

Norwich

Miguel Pineda, 25, of 400 Norwich Ave. was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

Jordan Johnson, 21, of 663 North Main St. was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault on a pregnant person and disorderly conduct.

Candice Hamilton, 27, of 48 Fieldside Drive, Groton, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and assault on a police officer.

State Police - Montville

Daniel Mangelinkx, 23, of 21 West Pleasant St., New London, was charged Monday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Joshua Bessenaire, 25, of 145 Allen St., Groton was charged Wednesday in Groton with reckless driving, driving with an out-of-state license and failure to change address on registration.

Stonington

William J. Caputo, 56, of 33 Fair Acres Lane, Old Mystic, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

Wayne G. Williams, 24, of 23 Noyes Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with risk of injury to a minor, breach of peace and disorderly conduct.

Waterford

Travis Avery, 28, of 57 Boston Post Road, Old Lyme, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, improper turn and driving in violation of license classification.

Tasha O'Neil, 25, of Franklin was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jillian Johnson, 20, of 14 Hunt St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.
