Santiago Esau Toledo-Morales, 23, of 208 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged Thursday with failure to renew registration, failure to carry a license, driving with a suspended license and interfering with a police officer.

Alba N. Martinez, 30, of 48 Crystal Ave., Apt. 27, New London, was charged Wednesday with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and three counts of risk of injury to a minor.

Amanda M. Morrone, 34, of 5 Robin Way, Westerly, was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court, second-degree failure to appear in court, violation of probation, criminal impersonation and interfering with a police officer.

Matthew L. Gendron, 52, of 62 Fort Hill Road, was charged Wednesday with use of drug paraphernalia.

April R. Cusick, 43, of 453 High St., Mystic, was charged Wednesday with improper use of marker plates, failure to have insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without a license.

Madlene Eskarose, 52, of 11 Adamo Ave., Oakdale, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Roberto Roman Jr., 42, of 87 Cormorant Drive, was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal mischief, breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Steven Flanders, 42, of 18 Arnold St., was charged Saturday with creating a public disturbance.

Stephann Jean-Philipee, 21, of 76 Fourth St., was charged Friday with interfering with a police officer.

Robert Deledda, 57, of 1 Loretta Ave., North Stonington, was charged Friday with second-degree threatening.

Ellis Williams, 57, of 235 Broad St., was charged Friday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Tremaine Dowdell, 19, of 3 Pratte Ave., second floor, Taftville, was charged Friday with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court, two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and disorderly conduct.

Manuel Santoz, 39, of 15 Baltic St., was charged Friday with five counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Guy Bryant, 46, of 46 School St., Apt. 1, was charged Friday with first-degree criminal trespassing, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics and interfering with a police officer.

Shawn Burel, 24, of 7 Thompson St., Apt. R, Ledyard, was charged Saturday with third-degree trespassing.

Christopher W. Collett, 27, of 55 Minor Ave., Waterford, was charged Saturday with first-degree criminal trespassing, second-degree breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

Juel Harris, 26, of 16 Robinson St., was charged Saturday with third-degree larceny.

Dawn Brett, 41, of Willimantic, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael Dreyfus, 39, of 51 S. Cobblers St., Niantic, was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Karen L. Brown, 39, of 47 Linden St., was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, failure to carry registration, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to properly display registration.

Stonington

Eric P. Evans Jr., 33, of 115 Colman St., New London, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and unsafe backing.

Paul Harrington, 27, of 96 Main St., North Stonington, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, failure to carry minimum insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Stephen Wayne Smith, 45, of 21 Apache Drive, Apt. F, Westerly, was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Waterford

Diana Brown, 35, of 6 John Ave, was charged Friday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Dominick Caputo, 41, of 107 Spyglass Circle, Groton, was charged Friday with possession of narcotics outside the original container, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than four ounces of marijuana and first-degree breach of peace.
