The Mystic Lions Club proudly announces their 8th Annual Lions Wine, Beer & SpiritsTasting and Fundraiser Auction to be held Saturday October 13th at the Mystic Arts Center on the River in Mystic. Doors open at 6:30pm with Live Auction at 8pm. Tickets are $30 each or $50 per couple. Call Lion Joe at 860-213-0476 or Lion John at 860-536-0310. This year’s Lion’s Wine, Beer & Spirits Tasting features several distilleries offering tasting tables in addition to international vintners and local breweries.

The evening includes casual bidding on Silent Auction items including baskets with gift certificates, spa treatments, dinners out, garden baskets and other items donated by local merchants and clever Lions Club members. The highlight of the event is an exciting LIVE auction of high end items including Newport getaway weekend, tickets to Goodspeed Theater with dinner at Gelston House, a professional barbecue smoker, special Mystic happenings, Lantern Light Tour tickets, and lots of surprises.
