The Olde Mistick Village will host a Women's Health and Wellness Expo from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 13 and 14 that includes the fundraiser, "Bras Across the Village." The public is invited to donate a new or slightly used bra, or bras and $5 by Oct. 13. The $5 goes to the Terri Brodeur Foundation for breast cancer research. Bras can be dropped off at The Cooper Shoppe, The Toy Soldier or Southern Exposure in Olde Mistick Village. Donated bras will be strung in the village for the Expo. Each donor will receive six tickets for more than 40 basket raffles. Decorated bras will be judged, with the winner receiving a $100 gift certificate for any village shop or restaurant.
