Lisa M. Cornish, 31, of 162 Branford Ave. was charged Saturday with third-degree assault.
Cara M. Sooknah, 24, of Bristol, R.I., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving the wrong way.
Isai Perez, 22, of Willimantic was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to obey a stop sign, misuse of license plates, failure to carry proper insurance and criminal impersonation.
