Bidding closes on Little Gull Island

Bidding has closed on the auction of Little Gull Island in Long Island Sound.
The General Services Administration ended the bidding today. The final bid submitted was for $381,000, according to the GSA. The bids will be under review for up to 60 days.
At least one local bidder, the New London Maritime Society, had been participating in the auction.
