Groton City

Sherman Norman, 30, of 27 Jay St., New London, was charged Monday, with two counts of second-degree threatening, first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree criminal mischief and first-degree criminal trespass.

Groton Town

Judith A. Olson, 57, of 5 Roberts St., Old Saybrook, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Montville

Santina Drayton, 34, of 139 Laurel Hill Ave. was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling too fast.

New London

Eugene I. Jones, 33, of 119 Sandy Lane, Norwich, was charged Tuesday with being a fugitive from justice.

Arturo Fareaux, 19, of 26 Crest St. was charged Tuesday with interfering with an officer.

Wilton Franck, 22, of 272 Connecticut Ave. was charged Tuesday with breach peace.

Francisco Moreno, 23, of 198 Parkway North was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

Bryan Kiggans, 24, of 44 Liberty St., Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with two counts of violation of probation and failure to appear in court.

Demetrius Hullum, 29, of 122 Montauk Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Monday with breach of peace.

Cierra J. Straub, 26, of 172 Crystal Ave., Apt. 3, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license.

Norwich

Crystal Butler, 21, of 53 Shetucket Ave. was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, stop light violation and driving with a suspended license.

Thomas Nickerson, 20, of Baltic was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Stonington

Conrad C. Mejza, 52, of 2 Hillcrest Drive was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, risk of injury to a minor, failure to drive a reasonable distance apart and traveling unreasonably fast.

Harold B. Crandall, 49, of 146 Maple Ave., Montville, was charged Monday with first-degree criminal trespass.
