Andrew Aviles, 25, of 45 Lathrop Road, Uncasville, was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear, violation of probation and violation of a protective order.

Naines Oliver, 26, of 172 Hawthorne Drive, Apt. 21L, was charged Wednesday with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree assault.

Michael L. Marchany, 41, of 69 Montauk Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Wednesday with violation of a protective order and breach of peace.

Wayne M. Has-No-Horse, 48, of Boston Lake, N.Y., was charged Wednesday with third-degree larceny and driving without a license.

Sergio Rosas-Moran, 24, of 571 Old Colchester Road, Uncasville, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Arthur J. Gillespie, 49, of 191 Virgo Drive, Groton, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain lane.

State Police - Montville

Stephen Gratta, 43, of 25 Broadway, Norwich, was charged Monday in Preston with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, driving under suspension and no insurance.

William Faulkner, 60, of 41 Cook Drive, Uncasville, was charged Wednesday in Montville with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Donna Sloan, 43, of 41 Cook Drive, Uncasville, was charged Wednesday in Montville with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
