Deacan Dahlquist, 27, of 10 Rosemary St., was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, failure to obey an order of an officer and interering with a police officer.

Norwich

Antar Almand-Lawson, 18, of 466 Norwich Ave., Taftville, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor.

Mariah Freehart, 19, of no certain address, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court and interfering with a police officer.

State Police - Montville

Rigoberto Martinez, 43, of 24 Michael Road, New London, was charged Sunday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Stonington

Kandi M. Fry, 32, of 98 W. Broad St., Apt. 18, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Richard Pierce, 46, of 98 W. Broad St., Apt. 18, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with criminal violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

Derek Jackson, 35, of Waterbury, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Waterford

Pedro Mayorga, 28, of 43 Lincoln Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with making an improper turn and driving with a suspended license.
