Antar Almand-Lawson, 18, of 466 Norwich Ave., Taftville, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor.
Mariah Freehart, 19, of no certain address, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court and interfering with a police officer.
